Why a model at all

Most candidates either drown in endless lists or chat with a generic AI and get walls of text. This model is a deliberate constraint: enough structure to know where to start and stop, small enough to revise before a real interview.

Everything starts from one pasted job description (and optionally a resume). The same posting produces different emphasis when you select a different interview round.

The pillars

  1. 1. Role clarity

What the posting actually asks for — skills, day-to-day work, and typical rounds — so you trust the kit before you practice.

  2. 2. 20 Foundational Questions

Concept-application probes with short outlines — language and fundamentals the posting implies before deeper questions.

  3. 3. Top 20 Interview Questions (+ follow-ups)

High-probability questions for this JD and round, each with a follow-up and a short answer outline for last-hour revision.

With a resume, the kit can also include Resume Story and Resume Questions — still structured, still tied to this posting.

What it is not

  • Not a promise of the exact questions you will hear.
  • Not a long course or scripted “perfect answers.”
  • Not a shared bank reused across employers.
  • Not a substitute for reading the employer’s posting yourself.

When it helps most

Candidates with a real posting and limited time — the night before, the morning of, or a compressed loop week. The model trades breadth for clarity: practice what is essential for this interview, then walk in with a plan.
