Payment
The full kit is a one-time payment of $2. There is no subscription. What you receive is a personalised kit generated from your pasted job description, available on our site for up to 7 days via your bookmarkable kit URL and permanently via your downloaded .txt file.
Digital delivery
This is a digital product. For your pasted job description, we generate and present the top 20 important interview questions for that role, a short answer outline per question for easy revision, and 20 Foundational Questions. Delivery is complete when this full kit is generated and displayed on your screen at top20interviewquestions.com after payment.
Downloading the .txt file is optional and provided for your convenience. Whether or not you click download, delivery has already occurred once the full kit is visible on the page. Closing the tab or not saving the file does not undo delivery.
By completing payment and accessing your kit page, you acknowledge that digital delivery happens on-screen, not by email or physical shipment. Before checkout you must explicitly confirm that you understand what is delivered on-screen (20 important questions, answer outlines and Foundational Questions). We record delivery timestamps and access events (such as kit display and download clicks) solely to confirm fulfilment and respond to payment disputes — not for advertising or profiling.
Refunds and disputes
Because the product is delivered instantly as digital content tailored to your job description, all sales are generally final once the full kit has been displayed. If you believe there was a technical failure before delivery (for example, fewer than 20 questions generated), contact us with your session URL before the 7-day paid-kit window expires.
Filing a payment dispute claiming non-delivery after the kit was shown on screen may be contested with our server-side delivery records, including payment confirmation, kit generation timestamps, and on-screen delivery logs.
Acceptable use

- Do not attempt to abuse rate limits or automated scraping of the service
- Do not use the service to generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
AI-generated content and outcomes
Kits are produced by automated AI systems from the job description you paste. Output is a predictive synthesis for interview preparation — not a transcript of a real interview, not advice from a recruiter or hiring manager, and not a substitute for your own judgement.
Quality depends on your input. A complete, specific job description yields sharper questions. A thin, vague, or incomplete posting produces thinner output. We do not guarantee that any question will be asked in your interview.
Output may vary. Generation quality can differ with AI model behaviour, third-party model providers, and processing conditions. Occasional gaps, uneven depth, or imperfect phrasing can occur. You are responsible for reviewing your kit before relying on it.
Intended use. The kit is designed as a last-minute revision and study aid — role briefing, Foundational Questions, likely question themes, answer outlines, and follow-up probes. It does not guarantee that you will be selected for an interview, perform well in an interview, receive an offer, or obtain employment.
Availability
Server-side paid kit data is deleted after 7 days by design (unpaid sessions sooner). You are responsible for downloading your .txt file if you want a permanent copy beyond that window.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interview outcomes, hiring decisions, employment results, lost opportunity, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of generated content or from reliance on AI output.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
